Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of our facilities, ensuring they are in good working order.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize logic controllers and CMMS for efficient maintenance operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge.
- Proficiency in electrical work, including wiring and troubleshooting.
- Ability to weld and perform basic repairs.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking.
- Strong leadership skills to guide maintenance projects effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff and vendors.
- Proficient in English for clear communication.
